Tis the season to begin to DO MORE!
Whether that's socially, in preparation for holidays, or if you're already being inundated with visions of discounted OFFERS dancing in your head - this is an AMPLIFIED time.
With that I thought to share:
1. a couple EASY and SUPPORTIVE recipes.
2. solid approaches to mind that will help keep the train on the tracks
3. some Fat Burning PRO TACTICS to deal with Holidays+

1. THANKSGIVING WAISTLINE FRIENDLY DESSERTS
SUPER Low Calorie AND Fat Burning Friendly Pumpkin Pie
- crustless or NOT (use this recipe for the crust as it's easy and DELICIOUS)
- so easy and SUCH a hit. A fraction of the calories with NO added sugar.
2. WHEN EXCESS IS ON THE MENU
- pick and choose your indulgences
- don't drink at every opportunity, save it for the special/___ ones (you'll never miss it)
- put a little structure around your outings
= leave by a certain time/bed by a certain time, eat/drink until ___ and then let it ride until you leave
- if the food is appetizers only - eat before or after
- if you're drinking start with alcohol and end with water
- remember that you're probably having your favorite ____ on a designated day - enjoy it THEN!
- sleep will always be your best friend so prioritize THAT
3. FAT BURNING PRO TACTICS
- use your Bulletproof coffee in the AM ALWAYS
- if breakfast is happening make it brunch for you (still eating 2xs/day)
- have your Bulletproof coffee later in day or between 2 meals if there's a big stretch
- for holidays plan on eating 1x that day, get FULL at your meal and DON'T go back for the forever graze like everybody else
- protein, fiber, fat on your plate eaten in that order to help with fullness/blood sugar and giving you better insulin sensitivity throughout the day
- be honest about your hunger/fullness and honor that
- TAKE THINGS HOME
- HAVE FUN!!
