This is my Story

 

I started using food to manage my emotions as a teenager as I hadn't learned a better way to self soothe.  For years I tried different workout plans and approaches to food to offset my unideal behavior.  I discovered fat burning and realized how forgiving it was and how it encouraged listening to and honoring my body.

 

I've always had a desire to understand how to, "Have my cake and eat it too.".  Whether that's been with fitness and understanding how to create a shape and ability that's desired; how to eliminate pain, never get hurt, or to not exacerbate any long standing limitation; not wanting to, "Feel old", or let age be an obstacle; and a wish to feel happy, lit up and free.

 

I've turned these now more peaceful and conscious motivations into a series of programs that encompass a feeling of love, joy, prioritization of pleasure, and feeling great WHILE making great change.

 

I don't like restrictive rules or lifestyles and it turns out we don't need to have them in order to have what we want.
