Hello Dear One!

 

Monday May 5, 2025 marked TWENTY YEARS since I started using USANA's Healthpak on May 5, 2005.

 


I can NOT imagine life without USANA!

 

Kate Northrup (author of Money a Love Story) was a massage client of mine many moons ago and opened my eyes to the fact that all supplements weren’t equal and that formulations (vs being a member of the mineral of the month club - ie. purchasing random bottles of Vitamin C, B vitamins, Selenium…) and the science behind them MATTERED!

 

I learned more about Dr Myron Wentz the scientist he is, his background with Gull Labs and the assays (formulations) he created for the cells that were to be used in the first viral test kits. 

 

 

I came to understand that his parents' untimely death from heart disease and cancer triggered his a-ha moment of recognizing that his business had already been about keeping cells healthy and alive in culture in vitro (outside of the body) and could be adjusted to feeding them optimal nutrition in vitro (inside of the body).

 

I don’t know what my life would be without USANA.

 

From how I look, function, and feel.

 

And I’ve learned SO MUCH from USANA!

 

Not just how their products and formulations impact our bodies, but also how our bodies work.

 

They’ve made health more accessible to me and to those I work with.

 



 

They’ve taught me about the Holy Trinity of Health (my words):


- DIET: lower carb or lower glycemic

- EXERCISE: walking and weights (at least)

Doing these 3 things as a LIFESTYLE has made me NOT bemoan my age or AGING!
