Hello Dear One!
And HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Hope you're excited to usher this New Year in and have enjoyed the holidays overall.
Wished to share several Fat Burner DATES to make a note of.
NEXT BOOST:
January 5th - 25th.
Our BOOSTs are a mini program designed to teach established Fat Burners how to do slightly extended FASTs (36-48 hours).
A BOOST is a 3 week session with cyclical longer FASTs.
This mini program gives you ALL the information at the start (vs being dripped over weeks like Fat Burning PRO) to get you clear on the what, why, how, and how to help with your FASTing journey.
We also have an active community of BOOSTers that will be FASTing along with you.
Weekly video calls for more education and motivation.
AND everyone gets a FASTing BUDDY because everyone NEEDS a buddy when FASTing!
These pairings are so helpful for reminders, support, FUN and encouragement when possibly feeling a little wobbly about staying the course that day.
The goal of this reoccurring program is to add ONE MORE TOOL to a Fat Burner's belt so they can use this amazing (and comfortable) skill at their own discretion to:
- SPEED up weight loss
- OFFSET overindulgence (ahem, holidays)
- or to IMPROVE HEALTH in big ways (can we say full body repair and an anti cancer lifestyle??)

CHEESECAKE FOR BREAKFAST!
NOW because I would actually discourage ANYONE from eating breakfast early in the morning - what my encouragement is to make and eat this DESSERT at ANY meal of your choice!
It's SO SUPPORTIVE and you could make it as sweet (stevia, monk fruit with allulose) or more moderate in flavor by sticking to the three main ingredients only.
Top this with heated macerated berries, melted chocolate, a sprinkle of cinnamon, lemon zest, or keep it plain!
Love this healthful spin on a baked dessert favorite.
Excited to share it with my brother and niece who both LOVE cheesecake as well.
BREAKFAST CHEESECAKE:
(aka: Healthy, High Protein Cheesecake by Ketosnackz)
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 c Greek yogurt (I used Fage's 0%)
- 1 egg
*optional:
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp monk fruit with allulose, or few shakes of stevia
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into a small microwave safe baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 min.
Let cool completely before eating or adding toppings.
Eat WHENEVER you desire!
