Hello Dear One!

 

Gave a talk by this title (twice!) this week and I wished to clarify what I actually meant and what it encompassed.

 

We're talking about AUTOMATIC INTELLIGENCE vs Artificial here.

 

And rather than just pertaining to our gut, the focus was the entire digestive system (really entire body = artistic license!) and how it's impacted by the food (or FUEL) we're ingesting and using.

 

This talk was meant to highlight how EASY life can be when we SET IT AND FORGET IT for so many life enhancing and (potentially even) SAVING reactions simply by getting situated to use our own body fat for fuel.

 

If you've been on the fence or thought mostly burning sugar or being easily able to burn more fat for energy was merely an easy to choose between preference - think again!
